Javier Perianes makes his first appearance at Ravello Festival on 11 August with a dawn performance of Falla’s Nights in the gardens of Spain. The sold-out concert will start at 5am CET and will be Livestreamed on the festival’s Facebook page.

Later in the month he returns to Quincena Musical in San Sebastián on 21 August, where he performs Mozart Piano Concertos: No. 20 in D minor and No. 21 in C major with the Bilbao Symphony Orchestra and Erik Nielsen. On 29 August he returns to Santander International Festival to perform Mozart’s piano concerto No. 20 in D minor with Orquesta Nacional de España, conducted by Josep Pons.

On 5 September, Perianes rounds off the summer season with an appearance at Stresa Festival in Italy, performing with the Filarmonica del Teatro Regio di Torino and Gianandrea Noseda. The programme features Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 5 ‘Emperor’ as part of the festival’s Beethoven 2.0 theme.
