Javier Perianes kicks off the Beethoven Year 2020 –the 250th anniversary of his birth– performing the ‘Emperor’ Piano Concerto with the Boston Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Marcelo Lehninger on 2, 3 and 4 January at Boston Symphony Hall. The concert on Saturday night will be broadcast live on 99.5 WCRB Classical Radio Boston, at 8pm local time.
Perianes returns to the orchestra after his debut in 2016 performing Falla’s Nights in the Gardens of Spain with Charles Dutoit:
