BARTÓK: Piano Concerto No. 3, Concerto for Orchestra
This January sees the release of Javier Perianes’ new album together with the Münchner Philharmoniker and Pablo Heras-Casado, devoted to the Béla Bartók Piano Concerto No. 3 and the Concerto for Orchestra.
Produced by harmonia mundi international, the album was recorded at the end of September 2017 at Munich’s Philharmonie im Gasteig and will be released worldwide on 26 January.
Supporting the release, Perianes will tour Spain with Münchner Philharmoniker and Pablo Heras-Casado performing at the Palau de la Música in Barcelona (12 February), Auditorio Nacional de Música in Madrid (13 February), and the Canary Islands International Music Festival in Fuerteventura, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Santa Cruz de Tenerife (15, 16 & 17 February).
