Javier Perianes embarks on a three-week concerto tour of Canada and the United States.
The tour begins with Perianes’ debut with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra and Han-Na Chang on 3 and 4 October performing Ravel’s Piano Concerto in G Major, followed by his first appearance with the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra performing Bartók’s Piano Concerto No. 3 under the baton of Gustavo Gimeno (12 & 13 October). The tour finishes with Perianes’ return to the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra under Pablo Heras-Casado for three more performances of Bartók’s Piano Concerto No. 3 (18, 19 & 20 October).
Upcoming highlights in the US include a tour with the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra culminating with a return to New York’s Carnegie Hall.
