The CD Mompou-Música Callada has been re-released on harmonia mundi Gold Edition. This title was released for the first time in 2006.

Música callada, inspired by the poet St John of the Cross, is a music ‘that is silent’, a music that is silent because you hear it internally. Mompou himself defined it as ‘a weak heartbeat’ which had the mission of penetrating into the innermost depths of our soul.
